Tank: It is fabricated by a 5mm MS sheet that is sourced from a reputed supplier. A 40mm glass wool coating is applied over the sheet to prevent heat loss. The outer covering of the tank is galvanized to ensure anti-corrosion properties.
Engine: A single-stage air-cooled diesel engine of 6.5 HP at 1500 RPM allows it to operate flawlessly, leading to excellent output. As far as fuel consumption is concerned, it is 0.7 to 1 liters per hour
Burner: To ensure adequate heating of viscose binder, a high-end single high-pressure oil burner. While it consumes 7-8 liters of oil per hour.
Bitumen Pump and Air Compressor
Quality-driven range of bitumen pump and air compressor are engine driven. The bitumen pump is connected to the engine by a manual clutch. The moment the clutch is applied; the pump gets activated. Bitumen pump gear type, 200-300 liters per minute. At the same time, a 2 HP single-piston air compressor is provided.
